Neutral, waiting state,
Energetic imbalance,
Or avoiding pain. 

Aversion

The condemning mind,
Or avoiding the feelings:
We simply notice.

Craving

Trust in the Now;
"Can't get no satisfaction"
Joy as elusive. 

Aequus

My mind is the sky,
Always clean, calm, and balanced:
Storm clouds passing through.

Superficial view,
Random arrangements of facts,
And stuck on ego.

We are not alone;
Suffering as pain or change,
